When considering an abortion, your health and safety are important. We are here to help you sort through all of your questions and concerns.

After your appointment, our staff will provide you with a free ultrasound to look for uterine pregnancy and fetal heartbeat. We will also talk with you about the different types of abortion for different stages of pregnancy. Though we do not perform or refer for abortions, we can equip you with information during your appointment about these procedures.

These services are offered free of charge.

THERE ARE TWO MAIN TYPES OF ABORTION.

ABORTION PILL

The abortion pill can be taken up to 70 days (10 weeks pregnant). The pill ( two drugs, mifepristone and misoprostol) is taken in two doses, one typically at a doctor’s office and the other at home.

SURGICAL ABORTION

When a pregnancy is 6 to 16 weeks gestation, a vacuum aspiration abortion can be performed. Later in pregnancy, a D&E (Dilation and Evacuation) procedure can take place. Abortion regulations depend on which state you are located in. Both of these procedures can present risks, and it is important to be informed on each of these, as well as potential side-effects, prior to committing to an abortion procedure.

If you are considering abortion, your first step is a pre-abortion assessment. Our Center does not perform or refer for abortions, but we can provide helpful information regarding your pregnancy, as well as what to expect with each abortion procedure. We never financially benefit from your decision and can discuss your options with absolutely no pressure. Please note that this does not substitute as the abortion consultation appointment required by the State of Florida 24 hours prior to a procedure. All services are free and confidential.
